Bottom panel on MC 13

I am ready to start wiring the sides to the bottom and did a dry run. Using the start point as described on the plans the bottom is about 2 inches longer than the bilge panels. I have rechecked my layout several times and am certain that my measurement are correct.I used the offsets that are provided on the plans.At this point I am thinking that I should either center the bottom and re cut the ends to match the bilge panels or use the start point as shown on the plans and cut the stern end of the bottom panel to fit the bilgepanel.Has any one have a better Idea?
