Pat,

If you're doing evening work sessions only, then you're pretty much limited to a minimum 24-hour cycle on all structural joints.

On a real hot day with fast hardener you may be able to get away with tabbing in the morning and filleting in the evening. but unless you want to stay all night an evening class will only be able to do one operation per session (or less if the temps are too low for a good cure).

This is assuming that you're using epoxy for the tabbing. If you're using some other really fast-setting material you might be able to get away with it. Whatever you use, the tabs have to set up enough so that the highest stress parts of the hull don't pop apart when you take the wires out.

Good luck,

Laszlo
