Steve, another idea, purely for cosmetic purposes, is to make a new radius/fillet tool with a slightly larger radius and completely cover the primary fillet and tape. You'd have to use a nice filleting mixture (not wood flour and resin) and, once cured, seal it up with a pure epoxy coat. I'd use WEST 410 and cabosil to make a smooth, whipped peanut butter mix! OR, spackle coat the interior (like "professional" fiberglass boats, heh...) and you'll never see it!
