The hull, after wet sanding should be thoroughly rinsed with clean water and a towel that hasn't been washed or dried in fabric softener. Then the hull can be dried with another non-fabric softener towel or paper towels. Then you're good to go. Approx 30 minutes all told?
I can wet sand, rinse, dry and recoat in about 45 minutes before I go to work in the morning. This leaves the boat quiet during the day - less dust.
Depending on your cliamte, you MAY get away with another coat after 12hrs - but don't rush it, I prefer 24hrs.
