special olympics for kaya

Hello, Is there any interest in starting spec olympics kayaking club. I know there must be those who so want to be on the water but neither have a boat or wherewithal to do such. We could build specially-sized kayaks (they did with with soap box derby cars). I read somewhere that a group would take physically impaired out on motor boats (they wer mentally capable) and let them operate the boat. Oh, so great to provide such an opportunity. We are blessed to be phy capable. I thank you
