A few days of sun won't do lasting harm, but make sure there isn't any thing resting on the surface of the boat that would shadow the hull. Say, if you left a piece of webbing draped across the deck, after just a day or two in the sun you'd have a colored stripe where the wood and epoxy had "aged" differently. Over the years we've often tested boats in the epoxy-only stage, and I've been dismayed to find stains where the boats had sat atop a car with tie-down straps across the decks.
