Mac, I WEIGHED it for you

I have hardly touched the boat since I brought it home, other than to clean it up... it was GUNKY. But I fiddled around with it a little more today; stripped 'er bare, then scrubbed some more 'til the poor thing is spotless inside and out.

Bare hull weight: 9.2 lbs. With seat (such as it is), rudder, rudder pedal/foot braces, etc., she tips the scales at staggering 10.6 lbs. And she's a full 17 feet from tip to tip.

When the weather clears up a little, I'll take some more pics.
