Re: Imprinting

The cloth weave telegraphing to the epoxy surface is refered to as imprinting on the Kayk BB's. Epoxy flows when curing. It has been known to show up on freshly finished boats with just one hot session on roof racks. Two weeks of cure at normal cure temperatures seems to be the recommended time between epoxy and final sanding for varnish. Elevated curing temperatures can only help.
