don't forget the foredeck

you may be able to do the hull...but i bet the foredeck is going to be a heck of a challenge if not impossible with 6mm. i do not think you will be able to bend it to the appropriate curve.

when you do a 4mm deck, it is already a lot of work to bend it. i cannot imagine being successful with 6mm.

i would do the boat with the 4mm. i think it will be too heavy and clunky to be done with any satisfaction with 6mm.
