Kayaking Digital Camera
Posted by Dave Houser on Feb 2, 2005
There are two cameras that are popular in our kayak club because they are waterproof without a separate housing. The Sony DSC-U60 wich has a fixed lens and seems to be pretty rugged in the water. This is not a dive camera but is rated for 5 ft.

The other is the Pentax 33WR that can be 2.8x zoomed under water (though not recommended the lens is behind a glass plate). Its underwater rating is a little more cautious saying it can be immersed.
