Highland hardware www.highlandhardware.com sells a 200-grit green coarse stone #026420 that might do the trick for you. Never used one myself (use a diamond equivalent) but my favorite guru Ian Kirby (Sharpening with Waterstones, 1998) thinks a 100/200 grit waterstone combination is just the ticket for initially flattening the backs of chisels and plane irons.
