your best bet to eliminate the bubbles is to glass the boat when the temp. is dropping. So mabye late afternoon would be a good time to start and then let it cure over night. The bubbles are caused by outgassing of the wood which happens when it is warm or getting warmer. Some people believe that doing it when the temp. is dropping will actually cause the wood to suck up a bit more epoxy as the reverse of the outgassing is happening.
