The only time I had problems with bubbles occurred when the sun shone on the newly epoxied hull. I had been working in the garage with the door open. The entire hull was in shadow until the sun moved around. Fortunately, the epoxy had started to cure, and the bubbles were minor...easily sanded out and filled with the subsequent coats.
