Hi Parke. Are you indicating small bubbles in the epoxy or bubbles under the glass? If they are the tiny ones in the epoxy coat, a light sanding will remedy the problem. You are going to be applying at least two more coats of clear epoxy, then sanding and three to four coats of varnish.

We've all had bubbles, runs, drips, and frayed threads. In the end, it all works out.
