Toby is close. Get the manuals from the vendor of choice and read them. Read all you can on line about using the goo. Sam Devlins book is good too. Then get some scraps of wood and plywood, some glass cloth and tape and a small batch of epoxy. Practice fillets and tape. Practice glassing. It does not take big areas to figure this out. Then build your boat. Most everybody here is self taught.
