Paddle building

Gayle Rhodes, per your request, look at the link below for my paddle building methods. That is one of my paddles in the rolling recess photo. I basically build paddles using the method in the book "The Strip-Built Kayak" by Nick Shade. I have built four kayak paddles to date and I am working, slowly on the fifth. I will take pictures and post the process on my website, but it will be a while.
