Or you could just install the bolts and remove the actual slides once you've positioned them where you want. Just cover the bolts with plastic packing tape when you epoxy, then once the deck is on, slap the rails back on the bolts. (After removing the packing tape of course.)

I installed my rails (boltless) after the deck was on and didn't have a whole lot of trouble. Then again, I'm skinny and have arms like an orangutan.
