GA terry sounds like he's got it, if you are getting off gassing from the wood. Epoxy over bare wood with a declining tempurature. Ok to let the wood warm up to 80 degrees or whatever the temp. is, apply epoxy after the peak heat of the day. Do not light the area at night or you can get lots of bugs too. RogerJ
