Re: We like to fuss.
Posted by Ed, NY on Dec 4, 2004
I must admit that I have been known to spend a hour or so on the forum when I should be doing something fun like paying the bills. May I suggest a possible alternative to building an 18 foot kayak in the living room. I suspect a substantial amount of time could be spent making several alternative hull shape models in the 18 inch size and then devising a way to test their performance in the bathtub.
By the way, I live in new york. Why do you think I was on the forum? I do recall somewhere a posting on the use of ice picks to propel a kayak across the frozen ice near the shore to get to open water.
