I bought a barely used Porter Cable ROS on eBay with two rolls of adhesive backed sanding disks for under $60.00. It worked great although I ended up doing a lot of my sanding by hand. Supposedly the hook and loop pads found on a lot of newer ROS models tend to wear out, whereas the adhesive backed ones just keep going and going.
