WR18 Deckbeam Location?

Finally getting to the deckbeam installation on my West River 18. In the drawing, the forward edge of the deckbeam is 99 5/8" from the bow and bulkhead #3 (cockpit aft bulkhead)is 133". At these measurements I don't see how the coaming ring will rest on top of the deckbeam and the bulkhead as indicated as it is only 32 1/" inches in length.

Did anyone else run into this? What did you do, relocate the deckbeam aft?
