Mark I had the same problem with mine, I moved the bulk head forward until it was fair and then filled the remaining gap(1/8") with thickened epoxy fillits inside and out of the bulkhead. This did not cause any other problems with any other measurements as they are taken from the tip of the boat. Also while we are on measurement,the rear bulkhead measurement should be 178"not 188" .I confermed this with John Harris. Happy building
