A waka is a Maori dugout canoe, anything from a river version about 12 foot up to a sea going war canoe with added top planks and carrying up to a hunderd warriors. Maybe you'd better say what culture's version you are talking about and what size you want. They were never (that I nkow of) an outrigger canoe in this country.
