in clc type decks, the sheerclamp with the deck beams and alignment predetermines the yak deck profile that the oversized deck panel(s) is then bent onto and excess is trimmed off.

your case is the opposite, so you need to predetermine the hull profile by either fixed inside or outside forms and alignment.

AND predetermined cut and bent deck,(one way of predetermining absolute plan yak or deck profile)

OR overcut and bent deck with temporary scrap 'sheerclamps' attached to the outside overcut area. (sim to clc where sheerclamp or batten predetermines profile)

then stitch,glue and remove forms or in the latter case stitch,glue and cutoff scrap.
