rolling recess , Dave

Dave, Can you send me info or pictures of the rolling recess you talked about? Do you think lowering the shear by 1 inch AND doing a rolling recess would be to much? I want to get more contact at my thighs without using so much foam, having the back lower too would probably help with a lay back roll when I get to that. Thanks, Scott
