Use your regular epoxy

It'll cure pretty fast. We repaired a fiberglass boat today just before noon. Glassed over a damaged area with a couple layers of cloth, then filled with epoxy/silica. After lunch we sanded the area roughly, then resanded with 150, filled with a marine filler for the final scratches and had the boat back on the trailer by 2:00 and on the way home with the customer by 3:00. The customer is gonna paint the patch later.

Fill the nail holes before you go to bed, tomorrow they'll be ready to work unless it's really cool there.
