Most any stripper

will remove the paint. Can't say about the primer but I'd bet a stripper will remove that also. Methylene Cloride strippers will damage gel coat but I doubt they'll hurt an epoxy finish.

Of course, plain old Lacquer thinner will wash Brighsides off also.

You could also just sand it off. You sanded all that hull before, You can do it again *grin*
