Laszlo, Yes! That's the exact site I was vaguely remembering. You know this forum is pretty amazing when I can describe some vague site that I barely remember about some boat building part that I don't know the name of (although in my defense, the site author didn't seem to know the name of what he'd built either), and I get a link to the exact site that I was remembering. So my next question is... does anyone happen to know where I left my keys? :<)

OK, now I have a choice between brass strips that I now know how to install thanks to Terry or ironing strips of wood. Maybe I'll do both.
