Re: Toggle.

I don't know what the rough water guys think about this but I ran a rope through a holed drilled through the end pour in the ususal way. Then attatched a toggle ( 4 inches of 1 inch dowel)by drilling a hole, sealing and pushing both ends of the rope through and tying a simple overhand knot on the double line as a stopper. This gives a comfortable carry handle. I whipped the last inch of the double line so that I would get my fingers caught between the lines by accident. Made the whold thing just long enoubh to flip up on the deck and tuck under the deck lines when underway. I have never tried to get it out while in the surt but I don't think it would be too hard.
