Into the glass?

Did I cut into the fiberglass here (see photo below)? If I close my eyes and run my finger over these spots they feel the same as the rest of the boat: hard, no texture. Also, when I wipe them down with water they appear no different. However, when dry, I can see a slight weave pattern (see photo below). What do you all think?
