Thanks for the advice guys. The website is excellent kurt - that web counter of yours will rise dramatically over the next few months.

Someone asked for more information. Well, i hope to build a sea kayak that can be used for short sea expeditions. I want it to it to be very practical. I also want it to look fantastic. I have never built a boat before, but am confident using tools. I am in no rush - i want to take my time and get it 'right'. Having got the plans i am keen to do some research to find out whether people have modified their boats - how and why?
