Mill Creek 13

My last post had a typo in it. It should have been 4 or 5mm as corrected below.

I've been studying the millcreek 13 from an old magazine reprint. It looks to me that I could take a little weight out of the boat by using a 4 or 5mm bottom. Has anyone built from plans an tried that. I'd be interested in hearing the results.
