Howard, Sounds like a good idea. I'm just going to put the deck on and think I will put the colored tape on now just to keep any squeeze out off the hull.

I'm assuming that the side panells should be abraded where the glass is going to be overlapped on, so as to make a good bond.

When you cut the overhanging glass w a razor aren't you risking cutting into the hull?

Anyone else have any thoughts on this?
