can be maintained if using external forms, a process, IMHO, much faster, lighter and easier single handed than any of the 2 to 3 person bend & nail or strap & tape methods. Plus the forms allow a quick dry run to test the install. You can always add decorative spots after the resin cures and the sheer clamps can be reduced to functional gluing surfaces saving weight.

I know, I know - it goes against the grain or exasperating tortured wood building, but it took a long time for 3M to except Post-it Notes too.
