Frank,

How did you hold the beam in place while doing the deck? I think I've seen other posts thatindicate that the deck beam isn't needed once the deck is secured. Did you epoxie the bottom of the deck panels just prior to fastening the deck and proceed before it set? I'm at the deck beam stage right now and have one more coat to do on the hull. Just a bit of weave still showing through in spots.
