Good point about the foam rollers/brushes breaking down. This is another reason to mix very small batches of epoxy in warm weather: as the epoxy thickens, it starts to pull off pieces of foam. This can be a good thing, as the kayak will then have bumpers built into the epoxy and thus not need rub rails.
