? for MC16.5 Builders

I'm at the point of fiberglassing the hull of my MC16.5. The bill of materials in the assembly manual specify 7 yds. of 6 oz. 38-inch fiberglass cloth for this boat. My problem is that it appears that my boat at its widest point would need fiberglass at least 42 inches wide to cover the bottom and sides all the way up to the top of the sheer panels. Anyone else have this problem? It appears that the bill of materials is incorrect and that 50" fiberglass should have been specified.

I've also noticed that there is no mention of the 4 oz. deck fiberglass in the bill of materials.
