The only thought I have is lowering your seat. Also, on my canoe, I notice that if I have too many passengers, it gets less stable.

I tested the sassafras at OkoumeFest and felt pretty comfortable in it. Have you leaned into it to test the secondary stability?

Oh, another way to improve stability is to paddle a less stable boat for a while. When you get back in your boat, she'll feel much more stable ;-)
