Now I can't wait to see the pictures. Do you have a good table saw with a rip fence and a band saw? I figure these tools must be essential for making laminated paddles. I've got an 8' length of clear cedar that's waiting to become a GP, and have George's Paddle Making 101 book, but have chickened out so far for lack of a band saw. (I know the saw's not essential but I'm Terry McAdam's little brother, and as lazy as can be)

Are you going to use rice paper for your graphics?
