Thru-hull footbraces

Getting ready to put in the Keepers footbraces and I'm planning to put the bolts through the hull. (i.e. not doing the "bolt-less" footbrace mounting)

I noticed there's no rubber gasket/o-ring that goes between the footbrace mounting screw head and the hull. Do I need to worry about leaks there?
