The installation process of the AH deck uses about 12 six foot sections of 1/8 inch nylon rope and a generous amount of duct tape. You also use a deck bending brace in the cockpit to get the correct radius for the front deck. The brace is removed after the coaming is installed.
I have build both a Chesapeake LT17 and the AH and found the AH deck installation easier than the LT17.
