I made 4 sets of paddles with my kids this winter. Customized to each of us. We all started using them just a few times and 3 of us now use them instead of the euros. We use them to kayak the ocean and bays, no surfing, and especially for fishing. They seem very natural after just a few hours of use. gwalter
