Big warning. Three years ago I built a MK13 from plans. Unfortunately it made me very brave and I became addicted to boatbuilding. My next boatbuilding project became a 9 meter Farrier trimaran. What I learnt from building the MK13 is standing me in good stead now. There is no difference between the two projects. The principles remain the same. Biggest tip, complete every step well before moving to the next. Complete every step to the very best of your ability, build according to the plans and do not change anything. Have fun and good luck with the next boat too.
