Full Immersion Varnish ?

What varnish do I use for the bottom of the Yak? Half of the marine varnishes I have looked at say "not for underwater use."

The kid at West Marine said use "Schooner." However, I have socks older than he is, so I thought I would ask here.

I will be spraying with a HVLP (if it matters).
