Don't think it was the baggies. I had this issue a couple weeks ago when working with the hatch covers. I was not using he baggies at that time.

I think Kurt hit on it with the towels having a contaminate on them from the cling free sheets that I throw into the drier.

I plan to do a light sanding tonight and then simply brush or blow the dust off and apply the epoxy. Then to determine the source will use the hatch covers, one wiped down with a towel the other with a brush.
