I agree with Dennis, you need to fill the air bubbles with epoxy. Hobby stores and some marine suppliers will have small plastic syringes. Drill, sand, scrape, cut a couple of holes in each bubble, preferably on opposite sides. Do all you can find before you mix epoxy. The thin, raw epoxy will flow into the syringe just fine, you can even thicken it a little if you like. Inject the epoxy into one hole allowing air to escape from the other, when the hole looks full and epoxy is coming out of both holes move to the next until all are filled. It is probably best NOT to fill the interior glass smooth, your wet feet will need something to grip when you enter and exit the cockpit. Leaveing it a little rough may save the cost of non-skid later. RogerJ
