Carbon Fiber

I am very pleased with the functionality and appearance of carbon fiber cloth for stiffening coaming rims, hatch rims, etc.

Carbon cloth tends to unravel a little more than fiberglass, so care must be taken when handling.

Wherever an area is visible, I cover the carbon with a layer of fibreglass so I won't sand into the carbon.
