it's a LONNNNG boat,,esentially you'd be paddling it like a solo with the bow a bit in the air. Assuming you're in conditions where safety isn't an issue, flat protected water, it's doable, but there are better designs for that purpose in that your abilility to control the kayak will be affected as the wind picks up, ditto on stability. A Mill Creek 16 or Shearwater Eider double would make a Lot more sense. What you are trying to do is a little like getting a sports car then wanting to put a small trailer behind it,,you're using the kayak for something other than it's intended use.
