Yes, I built the CLC Sail Rig and adapted it to fit my plastic Necky Looksha Sport. While it works really well, I found the adaptation process to be, in many ways, more complicated than building the Sail Rig itself. Once I figured it out, it went smoothly but determining how to attach the mounting bolts, mast step and how to cover the hole in the deck for the mast took a while.
