Kurt, really glad you're OK.

At least you had a buddy with you. I too often wish to remove my PFD - too hot - too bulky etc.

I got scared just reading your narrative and will keep this in mind, to keep scaring myself.

Just think, a brightly coloured PFD can dissapear on a bright pleasant day.

On a happier note, I GOTTA see those pictures!
